Rebranding –
A Journey

RebrandThe time has come for an upgrade, facelift, identity makeover. I love my Geek Gal Friday and all her quirkiness, but she has grown up and needs some redirection. In the past 3 years she’s learned a lot and is ready to embark toward new horizons. It’s exciting, but confusing and a wee bit stressful.

I don’t much like blogging and can’t wrap my head around “content marketing” to save my soul. There’s a lot of garbage content being created and I don’t want to add to the noise. I do need to figure out a strategy for rebranding, so I might as well use this space for something useful. Someone else might find it helpful. Or not.

Here’s to returning to the original meaning of a blog –

a Web site that contains online personal reflections, comments, and often hyperlinks provided by the writer

That’s it. That’s all I got. Screw SEO. Screw Content Marketing. I’ll do it my way.
